Extremely displeased with how an issue was handled.

In November 2023 I purchased a robe as a Christmas gift from an Ugg store about an hour away from my home. The receipt indicates that I had until 1/31/24 to return it because it was purchased after 11/1/23. The robe was too small and I drove the hour to make the return only to find out the store had gone out of business. I called Ugg customer service and she (Jessi) instructed that my option would be to receive an Ugg credit because it wasn't purchase online or I could go to another Ugg store, but the closest was 5 hours away. The Ugg credit was acceptable. She generated an order return for me. I mailed the robe to the address provided with a copy of my receipt and a letter explaining what happened. The return was received on 1/26/24. Today, 3/22/24, I received it back in the mail with a letter saying it was "out of warranty". I called Customer Service and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Rayna who said that it's up to the warehouse if they will take a return or not and that is the policy. This would have been a VERY important thing to explain to a customer before providing a return order number and before the customer spent $18 to return the item. She also said that Ugg.com can't honor what was a store return policy, but again that wasn't explained and it's all one company!! Please tell me if there are any other alternatives. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I purchased these shoes online in October 15 and the stitch is already coming to lose and didnt even rip well. Im about one or two times. Im trying to do a return but its saying when I said even exchange is not giving me that so I need to speak to someone to see what the next step.

I was very disappointed with temu, I had a credit pending of 11.70. I had order a few items, was told once i send my order through will be deducted the credit pending to my account.

That was not the case, they bill me the full amount. My credit was not deducted. Was very disappointed with the service.

Very hesistant to with temu again. Didn't make ne happy, just irrate.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have had while inquiring about the status of my backorder, placed on 11/9 with an estimated receipt date of 12/12. Despite my attempts to seek information and clarification, the responses from your representative, Latisia, were not only delayed but also lacking in transparency. It took multiple inquiries before obtaining a clear answer, and at one point, I was asked to repeat my question in a written chatan unexpected and unprofessional interaction. After an hour of communication, I discovered that my order, placed well in advance, was pushed aside for newer orders, resulting in an extended waiting period. Latisia informed me that my only options were to either cancel the order or "patiently wait," a request I have already been adhering to for six weeks. What is particularly distressing is the revelation that customers who placed orders a month after mine, and selected expedited shipping, were given priority over my order. This occurred despite my order being in the queue well before theirs, and the initial estimated ship date was two weeks before Christmas. The lack of proper communication regarding the impact of shipping preferences on order fulfillment is deeply concerning. Moreover, the suggestion to call the warehouse without a clear explanation further added to the confusion. When seeking a resolution, I inquired about upgrading to expedited shipping, only to be informed that it was not possible after the initial order placement. This experience raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of your business practices. It is disheartening to encounter what appears to be unfair treatment and deceptive practices, compounded by what seems to be apathetic and uninformed customer service. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a resolution that addresses the concerns raised. It is my hope that you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure a more transparent and equitable customer experience moving forward. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.I reached out for questions and status update on my backorder. Latisia didn't directly answer my questions until I repeated them several times, and at one point actually asked me what my question was again (in a written chat). After an hour of back and forth, I finally learned that my order was pushed aside for new orders. Customer service told me my only recourse was to cancel my order or "patiently wait" - which I have been doing for 6 weeks. I placed backorder on 11/9 with estimated date of receipt 12/12. Carefully watched it. The first week of Dec the item came back in stock online, and I also happened to receive an email that my order was ready to ship soon with a ship date of 12/10-12/14, YAY! So I didn't place a new order or try to grab it somewhere else. Today, I reached out for status as I hadn't received a ship notice... Letisia said no update. No idea why it didn't ship or when it might ship. After my questions were finally answered I learned what happened: people who ordered a month after I did (when it came back in stock online), and selected expedited shipping, jumped me in line. Despite the fact that I ordered with plenty of time to get it before Christmas. Had I known I needed to select expedited shipping, I would have. Again, when I ordered the backorder ship date was a full two weeks before Christmas. I understand that if two people order something at or around the same time and one selects expedited shipping, their item goes first. However, when someone who ordered a full month after I did jumps ahead of me and mine got pushed aside? Completely unacceptable. At one point she tried to get me to call the warehouse but couldn'tact explain why. I asked how to avoid continuing to get bumped and she said select expedited shipping, so I asked to upgrade it and she said I can't do that after the order is placed. I'm genuinely disappointed by this unfair and deceptive business practices that are backed up by apathetic and uninformed customer service.
